Common reasons locations do not appear

If your locations are missing from the stockists map, the most common causes are:

• storefront cache needs rebuilding
• location visibility is turned off
• search behaviour settings are hiding them
• locations are still geocoding or need geocoding
• pin coordinates are missing or incorrect

Step 1: Try clearing cache from the Locations page

Sometimes your storefront cache needs to rebuild before latest location changes appear on map.

Step by step:

1. Open Locations.
2. Click Clear cache.
3. Wait for cache rebuild to begin.
4. Refresh your storefront and test the map again.

Important:

• cache rebuild can take up to 30 minutes For most stores though this typically takes 5 minutes or less unless you have a lot of locations or are clearing the cache too often.
• This refreshes your map clusters and storefront location data

Step 2: Check the location visibility setting

If a location is saved but not visible on your website, it will not appear on the stockists map.
