If search shows no results or an error

First check your geocoding setup.

Step by step:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Map provider & style.
  3. Confirm your map provider is correct.
  4. If using Mapbox or Google Maps, confirm geocoding-related permissions are approved in your provider account.
  5. Recheck your API key and save settings again if needed.

If you are a custom install user:

  1. Open Shopify theme editor.
  2. Open your stockists map section settings.
  3. Try changing the geocoder setting.
  4. Save theme changes.
