What is the dealer form?

The dealer form lets stores, wholesalers, or other potential stockists submit an application from your website.

Those submissions are sent into your app so you can review them and, if approved, publish them into real locations later.

How do I install the dealer form on my website?

The dealer form uses a Shopify theme block install.

Step by step:

1. Open the app and go to Installation.
2. Open the Dealer form install step.
3. In Select theme, choose the Shopify theme you want to install into.
4. Choose where you want the dealer form to appear:
5. Select Add to home page (index) to place it on your homepage.
6. Or select Add to a specific page if you want it on another page.
7. If you choose a specific page, search for and select the page you want to use.
8. Click Install block.
9. Shopify theme editor will open.
10. Check that the dealer form block is added in the right position on the page.
11. Click Save in the Shopify theme editor.
12. Return to the app.
13. Click Verify installation.

When verification succeeds, the app confirms that the dealer form block was found in your theme.
