What does suppressing warnings mean?

Suppressing warnings tells the app to ignore selected locations during maintenance checks.

This is useful when a warning is expected, already understood, or not relevant for that location.

When a location has warnings suppressed, it is excluded from maintenance audits such as:

• missing address parts
• missing coordinates
• duplicate location checks

When should I suppress warnings?

You should only suppress warnings when you are confident the location does not need further action.

Common examples:

• a location is intentionally incomplete
• a duplicate warning is a false flag
• the location is set up in a special way and should not be treated like a normal stockist record

Best practice:

• fix the underlying issue if possible
• only suppress the warning when you do not want that location to keep appearing in review
